Specifications refers to all 2D/3D technical drawings, CAD files, tolerances, material requirements, and finishing standards provided by You via www.machiningminghe.com.
Deliverables refers to the custom-machined parts or components manufactured by the Company according to Your Specifications.
Service refers to the Website and the professional machining services provided by the Company.
Website refers to Machining Minghe, accessible from https://www.machiningminghe.com.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing the Service or placing an order for manufacturing.
2. Intellectual Property and Design Responsibility
Ownership of Specifications: You retain all intellectual property rights to the drawings and designs provided to Us.
Manufacturing License: By submitting Specifications, You grant Machining Minghe a non-exclusive license to use and modify the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling Your Order (e.g., optimizing tool paths or adjusting for manufacturability).
Warranty of Non-Infringement: You represent and warrant that the designs provided do not infringe upon any third-party patents, copyrights, or trade secrets. You agree to indemnify Machining Minghe against any legal claims or damages arising from such infringements.
3. Content and Informational Disclaimer
Informational Purposes Only: The articles, blogs, guides, and technical data provided on www.machiningminghe.com are for general informational purposes only.

4. Quality Assurance and Inspection
Precision and Tolerances: Machining Minghe will manufacture parts according to the tolerances specified in Your drawings. If no specific tolerance is provided, our standard ISO 2768-m (or equivalent industry standard) will apply.
Inspection Period: You shall inspect all Deliverables within 10 business days of receipt.
Acceptance: Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written notice of non-conformity is received by the Company within this 10-day period.
Remedy for Defects: If parts are verified to be non-conforming to the agreed Specifications, our liability is limited to either repairing/re-manufacturing the parts or issuing a refund/credit for the defective items.
5. Quotes, Payments, and Cancellations
Quote Validity: Due to the volatility of raw material costs (e.g., Aluminum, Stainless Steel), all quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Order Cancellations: Once production has commenced or specialized materials have been purchased for Your Order, cancellations are subject to charges covering the costs already incurred by the Company.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap: The total liability of Machining Minghe for any claim arising from an Order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by You for that specific Order.
Exclusion of Indirect Losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machining Minghe is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or labor costs incurred by You due to any manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or reliance on website content.
7. Governing Law
The laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
