Custom Precision Machining Since 2005

MinHe - CNC Machining Manufacturer

MinHe is a precision CNC machining and custom metal parts manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. Since 2005, we have operated under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, providing CNC milling, turning, grinding, and surface finishing services.

We machine a wide range of custom metal components, including housings, brackets, shafts, manifolds, heat sinks, precision fixtures, and other non-standard parts made to customer drawings. These parts are widely used in automotive, automation equipment, robotics, electronics, medical devices, and other industrial applications. For critical features, our team can hold tolerances within the ±0.02–0.05 mm range after Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review and process evaluation.

WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU WORK WITH MINHE

MinHe’s manufacturing capabilities cover precision CNC machining, custom metal parts manufacturing, surface finishing, and project support from prototyping to low-volume production.

CNC Milling
We use 3-axis and 4-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers to mill flats, pockets, angles, and thin-wall features. Aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, and engineering plastics are all available. From single prototypes to batch production, we keep dimensions stable and repeatable.
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning and turn-milling capabilities cover shafts, bushings, flanges, and other rotational parts. We work with a wide range of metals and plastics, and typical critical dimensions can be held in the ±0.01–0.02 mm range after DFM review and process confirmation.
5-Axis Machining
5-axis machining allows multiple faces to be finished in one setup, ideal for turbine blades, complex housings, and fixture bases. This reduces setups and accumulated errors, while shortening lead times for complex, high-precision parts.
Surface Finishing & Secondary Operations
Depending on your application, we offer bead blasting, polishing, anodizing, hard anodizing, nickel/zinc plating, powder coating, painting, silk-screen printing, and laser marking. We can also support tapping, thread inserts, PEM hardware, and simple sub-assembly so you receive parts ready to use.
Rapid Prototyping & Small-Batch Production
We support 1–50 piece prototypes and small-batch orders in the hundreds. Based on part complexity, machining plus surface finishing can usually be completed within 7–10 days, helping you speed up design validation, assembly trials, and market testing.
Engineering Support & Quality Inspection
Our engineering team provides DFM feedback and material/process suggestions to reduce machining risk and cost while meeting functional requirements. With standard gauges and CMM inspection, we can supply dimension reports, material certificates, and other inspection documents on request, ensuring full traceability for every order.

Our Engineering Philosophy

Stable machining results come not only from equipment, but also from early review, clear communication, consistent execution, and reliable long-term cooperation. These principles guide how we support customer projects every day.

Engineering First

Before production starts, we pay close attention to drawing understanding, critical dimensions, tolerance priorities, and manufacturability. This helps reduce avoidable risks, rework, and communication costs later in the project.

Transparent Communication

From RFQ review to production updates and delivery arrangements, we aim to keep communication clear and timely, so customers can quickly understand project status, key issues, and next steps.

Consistent Delivery

We focus not only on whether the first batch is acceptable, but also on whether samples, low-volume runs, and repeat orders can maintain stable quality and cons

Long-Term Cooperation

We aim to support customers with practical engineering input, reliable response, and

Trusted by Clients Across Industries

Inside Our Workshop
